Dr. Wolfgang P. J. Peters, born in 1963, has been a practicing attorney since 1992. Prior to founding PETERS Rechtsanwälte in 2000, he worked in commercial law firms in Cologne and Dusseldorf for several years.

Jörg Stelzer was born in 1974 and has been practicing as an attorney since 2003. As a specialist attorney for commercial law and corporate law, Jörg Stelzer focuses on corporate law but also on general questions of commercial and business law.

Before joining PETERS in 2012, Dr. Jürgen Einbeck (born in 1973) was an attorney and partner at a supraregional commercial law firm for several years. He advises on major construction and real estate projects throughout Germany.

He has been an attorney since 1995, first for a law firm specialised in insolvency law with his own appointments as insolvency administrator, then for major international law firms. After working for a medium-sized law firm in Dusseldorf, he joined PETERS Rechtsanwälte on November 1, 2017.

Andreas Hartnigk has been advising medium-sized companies and individuals in civil law matters for many years. Andreas Hartnigk has special experience in the areas of real estate, construction law and in project development

Ralph Geiger was born in 1975 and has worked as an attorney since 2004. He primarily advises in the areas of corporate law and restructuring as well as on national and cross-border M&A transactions.

In addition to providing advice, he focuses on the enforcement of claims and interests under labour law. He represents his clients nationwide in all labour courts including the Federal Labour Court.

Born in 1974, Irvin Stahl began his professional career in 2004 in the legal department of Mannesmann Röhrenwerke AG. Prior to this, he worked in Maryland (USA) at the Circuit Court for Prince George's County and in a prestigious law firm.

Richard Masamitsu Scheiffele (born 1974) grew up in Japan and has a German-Japanese background. His training and consulting activities as a German attorney have always had a strong international orientation.

Dettloff Schwerdtfeger is a nationally recognized specialist attorney for labour law and represents his clients, usually medium-sized and larger companies, in all areas of national and international labour law.

Klaus Brembach studied law in Gießen and Münster and was admitted as an attorney in 1978. In 1980 he opened his law firm in Dusseldorf, which has been joined by various attorneys over the years. He advises his clients throughout Germany.

Christopher Gensior (born 1982) began his professional career in 2013 at a medium-sized law firm specialising exclusively in construction law

Thomas Pauken (born in 1980) began his career in different law firms specializing in labour law before joining us.

Dr. Stefan Blume (born in 1973) has been practicing as an attorney since 2001. He is a specialist attorney for tenancy law & German Condominium law (WEG) as well as labour law.

Michael Klipp was born in 1982 and has been practicing as an attorney since 2013. As a specialist lawyer for labour law, he advises companies and managing directors on all questions of individual and collective labour law.

Thomas Weinreich (born in 1974) has been practicing as an attorney since 2004. As a specialist lawyer for tenancy and condominium law and also as a specialist lawyer for labour law, Thomas Weinreich is mainly active in the field of condominium law in addition to general questions of civil law in the Private Client area.

Professor Dr. Christoph Fiedler wrote his doctorate thesis on basic rights of speech/expression and on the prohibition of censorship. He published a monograph on freedom of expression in a connected world and writes on questions of media law in the context of idigitalisation and Europeanisation.

Frank Lötters has been working as a lawyer for over 20 years. Since the beginning of his career in 1999, he has been advising in the field of business law.

Caren Baumbach was born in 1971 and is primarily involved in criminal and family law.

Niklas Brummer (born in 1991) advises companies, works councils and individuals in all question of labour law. He also represents clients nationwide in court proceedings before the labor courts of all instances.

Katsumi Ogawa (born 1985) was born and raised in Japan. After graduating from university in Japan, he studied law in Bochum with a focus on corporate and competition law.

Dr. Danger mainly advices clients on the drafting of contracts and on questions on commercial and distribution law. She also supports in larger legal proceedings.

Jutta Lommatzsch was a research assistant at the Institute for Civil, Commercial and Economic Law of Prof. Dr. Ulrich Noack and at the Center for Intellectual Property Law at the University of Dusseldorf.
