Young Professionals

We hire dedicated attorneys and provide them with further training. Frequently, young attorneys who have already gained first experiences in major law firms, but who expect a better long-term development perspective in a medium-sized law firm, join our office. We make every effort to meet these expectations.

Our newcomers are offered the opportunity of being seconded to companies or abroad.  Such secondments, for example in the legal department of a company, sharpen the awareness for the needs of our entrepreneurial clients.

Trainee attorneys

We always train committed and skilled trainee attorneys and enable them to gain a wide range of experiences in the legal profession. If you prove yourself, a place in our growing law firm is as good as certain. Under the guidance of experienced associates and partners, you will work on real cases from day one. That way, you will be able to figure out which facets of the legal profession you are particularly interested in. Is it legal advisory or are you perhaps a born litigator? With us you have the opportunity to get a taste of the numerous fields of law and areas of advice. Some of these may not be a focus in university, but are of great importance to our entrepreneurial clients. Perhaps we can awaken your enthusiasm for one of these fields of law?

We are always happy to welcome qualified lateral hires to further expand our practice groups. We offer responsibility, a good working atmosphere and friendly colleagues as well as real development opportunities in each of our seven practice groups.

Career development for attorneys at PETERS Rechtsanwälte takes place in three steps: Associate, Senior Associate, Partner. At PETERS Rechtsanwälte attorneys with great personalities, who, in the opinion of the partners' meeting, outstandingly contribute to the development of our firm, are appointed as partners.

Law firm staff

Two features of our firm that we are particularly happy about are the strong team spirit of our staff and the good working atmosphere in our offices. We owe both to a large extent to our excellent secretaries, assistants and other office staff. In addition, these employees contribute to improving the overall quality of our work through increasingly qualified and responsible activities. The reason for this is that we have long relied on well-trained staff or provided them with further training. We train paralegals ourselves.
