Biography

Born in 1968, Gerhard Stelzer began his professional career in law firms specializing in commercial law in Essen and Dusseldorf. As a specialist attorney for labour law, he advises medium-sized companies, managing directors, board members and executive employees in all questions of individual and collective labour law. In addition to providing advice, he focuses on the enforcement of claims and interests under labour law. He represents his clients nationwide in all labour courts including the Federal Labour Court.

As a lecturer, Gerhard Stelzer frequently gives lectures on various current labour law topics.
