Biography
Before joining PETERS in 2012, Dr. Jürgen Einbeck (born in 1973) was an attorney and partner at a supraregional commercial law firm for several years. He advises on major construction and real estate projects throughout Germany. His activities particularly include contract drafting, legal advice during construction, support in real estate transactions and commercial tenancy law. Dr. Einbeck conducts litigation proceedings all over Germany. His clients are national and international investors, construction companies, property developers, project developers and architects.
