Biography

Andreas Hartnigk has been advising medium-sized companies and individuals in civil law matters for many years. Andreas Hartnigk has special experience in the areas of real estate, construction law and in project development. He also advises on commercial tenancy law, the company successions and the acquisition of companies. Andreas Hartnigk has been a member of the council of the of the city of Dusseldorf since 2004 and is part of various supervisory boards of well-known companies in Dusseldorf and the region. He also engages in various non-profit organisations.

After founding his law firm in 1998, he continued to run the law firm of Dusseldorf’s former mayor Joachim Erwin who had to suspend his legal activities when he became head of the city administration in 1999. The law firm Hartnigk Stelzer Erwin has been advising well-known clients throughout Germany for many years.
