Biography
Michael Klipp was born in 1982 and has been practicing as an attorney since 2013. As a specialist lawyer for labour law, he advises companies and managing directors on all questions of individual and collective labour law. He focuses on complex restructurings, downsizing measures and the negotiation of reconciliations of interests and social compensation plans. Michael Klipp also has particular expertise in advising on the issue of bogus self-employment and in the area of international labour law. As a result of regularly advising multinational companies on cross-border labour law issues, he often works in close cooperation with international teams of labour lawyers. As a lecturer, Michael Klipp frequently gives lectures at labour law seminars and in-house training courses.
