General team tasks include:

• Dealing with correspondence
• General office organization
• Management and tracking of the e-mail inbox
• Deadline management
• Preparation of invoices
• Dunning
• Foreclosures

Are you interested in this role (with dunning and enforcement proceedings optional)? We are looking for candidates who possess the following professional and personal qualifications:

• Preferred: Completed training as a certified paralegal
• Alternatively: Experienced professional looking to transition into the legal sector
• Fluency in German (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A responsible, independent and reliable work ethic
• Neat and well-groomed appearance
